I’m Valentina Ortiz—the person behind Homes With Val WA. I’m a mother and a Washington real estate broker with Newberry Realty, serving King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.
When I think about home, I think about the life that happens inside it. The everyday moments with family. The routines that make a place feel like yours. The room to grow into whatever comes next.
Being a mother shapes the way I see those decisions. A floor plan matters, but so does how a home fits your family, your responsibilities, and the life you want to build. I want to understand that part of your story, too.

Some people come to me excited to buy their first home. Others are preparing for a move, exploring an investment, or facing a change they didn’t plan. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we talk.
I want you to feel comfortable telling me what matters to you—and asking the questions you might hesitate to ask. My role is to listen, explain your choices clearly, and help you put a practical plan together.
